The
SUPER DRIVE PA transplanter has been conceived for transplanting
woody plants or lavender,
of 0,3 mm to 40 mm diam. and 0,20 m to 2,00 m height this is to
say rootless shoots, with 150mm diam. roots or peat cubes. The transplanting
depth varies from 150 to 250 mm.
ALLOWS FOR WORKING WITH DIFFERENT TYPES/QUALITY OF PLANTS
The movement of the machine is synchronized with the one of the
tractor and is transmitted by 02 side steel wheels with scrapers.
They transmit movement to a chain coated with special rubber for
grabbing onto plants which are then put in an upward position for
transplant. When passing, a furrow opens thanks to a ploughshare
that can be adjustable in height from 80 to 150 mm. Behind the ploughshare
there are two opposing discs that are adjustable for each position
and their task is to bring the soil closer to the plant and in depth.
To consolidate the plant afterward there are 02 baffle blades that
gather the soil toward the plant. As last compacting element when
passing, the plants will have two oblique wheels that whilst resting
on the ground, turn inside the furrows and gather it in the interrows.
The machine is equipped with an electrical device that signals to
staff on board to position the plant at the desired distance by
means of an electronic gate.
Speed: proportional to the needs of the transplant
1
transplanting operator, 1 tractor driver and if necessary another
1 operator for rear controlling.
